Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic individual to join our Bangalore‑based team on a temporary assignment for six (6) months, supporting our Canadian Call Center Operations. This temporary assignment supports continuity during a maternity leave while maintaining high service standards. Assignment Details

  • Position: Client Support Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)
  • Duration: 6 months (maternity leave replacement)
  • Location: Bangalore, India

Your Impact

You will provide frontline support to customers while ensuring all requests are handled in line with program specifications and service expectations.

  • Assist customers by receiving and processing requests via phone and/or ticketing systems based on designated program guidelines
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, orders, websites, products, and shipping instructions
  • Provide information and basic technical assistance with clarity and professionalism
  • Coordinate shipments and returns, ensuring accurate tracking and follow‑through
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed, including documentation, printing, and correspondence
