Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention, renewal, and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical customer issues.
  • Drive upsells and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities in CRM tools.
