Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention, renewal, and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical customer issues.
- Drive upsells and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities in CRM tools.
