Job Title: Account Operations & Account Management Specialist (SOW & Staffing)

Location: India (Remote)

Shift: IST Night Shift (US overlap – up to 4:00 AM IST)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Operations & Account Management Specialist who can drive end-to-end account coordination, stakeholder management, and operational execution.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in account management, client coordination, staffing operations, or delivery support, who can ensure seamless communication across teams while maintaining high service quality and account performance.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Account Management / Account Coordination / Client Servicing
• Exposure to SOW management, staffing operations, or delivery coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Excel for tracking and reporting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in night shift (US overlap)
