Job Overview
you will handle voice-based interactions with international customers regarding their account-related concerns. Your role will involve understanding customer situations, providing clear information, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound voice calls with international customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer concerns related to account updates and provide accurate information
- Guide customers toward appropriate payment options or solutions
- Maintain proper documentation of call interactions and commitments in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets related to productivity and quality
- Follow company policies, communication standards, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain professionalism while building a positive rapport with customers
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion skills during interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- SSC / HSC completed
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Confident personality with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle multiple systems
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week offs
Salary Incentives
- Without relevant experience: 22,000 35,000 in-hand
- With relevant experience: Up to 38,000 in-hand
