Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Location: Malad

About The Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a Chat Support Process. If you have strong written communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, this role is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Document interactions and follow internal processes

Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and SLAs

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Freshers OR HSC with minimum 2 years of experience

Good written communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Compensation Benefits

Salary: 18,700 23,000 (In-hand)
