Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Document interactions and follow internal processes
Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and SLAs
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate Freshers OR HSC with minimum 2 years of experience
Good written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Compensation Benefits
Salary: 18,700 23,000 (In-hand)
