We are currently looking for confident and performance-driven professionals with international BPO experience to join our growing team. Job Overview

you will handle voice-based interactions with international customers regarding their account-related concerns. Your role will involve understanding customer situations, providing clear information, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound voice calls with international customers in a professional manner
  • Understand customer concerns related to account updates and provide accurate information
  • Guide customers toward appropriate payment options or solutions
  • Maintain proper documentation of call interactions and commitments in the system
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets related to productivity and quality
  • Follow company policies, communication standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism while building a positive rapport with customers
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion skills during interactions

Eligibility Criteria

  • SSC / HSC completed
  • Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Confident personality with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle multiple systems
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week offs

Salary Incentives

  • Without relevant experience: 22,000 35,000 in-hand
  • With relevant experience: Up to 38,000 in-hand
