Role Description

We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager to act as the primary liaison between Zone Media and its clients. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring campaign excellence, aligning internal teams, and driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

Build long-term relationships based on trust and performance

Understand client objectives, KPIs, and business challenges

Campaign Coordination & Execution

Collaborate with performance, programmatic, creative and analytics teams

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule

Monitor delivery, performance, and optimizations

Strategic Consultation

Translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies

Recommend budget allocations, channels, and growth opportunities

Identify upsell and cross-sell potential

Performance Reporting & Insights

Present campaign results, learnings, and recommendations

Analyze data to provide strategic guidance

Maintain transparency on performance metrics

Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

Proactively address concerns and performance challenges

Coordinate with internal teams for swift resolution

Retention & Revenue Growth

Drive renewals and expansions within accounts

Contribute to client satisfaction and lifetime value
