Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Manager role at our Kochi location. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing excellent service. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, guiding projects for smooth execution internally, addressing feedback, and maintaining strong client relations. This role involves working with internal teams to meet client expectations and maintain the company's high standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain strong and professional client relationships.
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey ideas and responses clearly and effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude for managing client needs efficiently.
• Work experience in an advertising or communications agency is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
