Role Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key tasks include creating and implementing business plans, analyzing account performance, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying growth opportunities. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kochi.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships
  • Proficient Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Experience in Business Planning and developing client-focused solutions to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional experiences and address client needs effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
