Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Client Servicing Manager with experience in Agency or IT Services. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing communication between the agency and clients. They will also oversee project execution, address client needs, handle queries, and deliver exceptional customer service. Immediate availability for the role is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle assigned clients effectively
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable digital solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Allocate tasks as per client needs and timelines
• Ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction
• Prepare and share regular client reports and performance updates
• Handle client onboarding and ongoing account management
• Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign performance
• Maintain strong internal coordination with design, marketing, and execution teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / client handling
• Mandatory experience in digital marketing agency environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
