Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating with different teams to execute client deliverables and monitoring the progress of projects to ensure timely completion. The Client Servicing Intern will act as a liaison between the agency and clients, contributing to effective communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Basic understanding of Finance and budgeting to align projects with client requirements
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced on-site environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous internships or experience in client servicing or customer relationship management are advantageous
