Job Description

As our Client Service Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding client experiences, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that client needs are met effectively. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, sessions, and managing client expectations.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to final product delivery.

- Maintain positive communication and relationships with clients throughout the engagement.

- Efficiently handle client requests related to all the deliverables and invoicing.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Manage client accounts and track their engagement history.

- Ensure clients are informed about our services, packages, and any updates.

- Anticipate and proactively address client needs and concerns.

- Collaborate with the creative team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Day-to-Day Operations

- Collaborate with the creative team to streamline post-production workflows.

- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure the team meets client expectations.

- Allocate tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations.

-Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure effective teamwork and task completion.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.

- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Previous experience in a client service or client management role is preferred.

- Familiarity with data management and organisational practices.

- Experience in the wedding or photography industry is a bonus.
