We are based in Goregaon (East), Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at DreamSequence in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Executive will be the main point of contact between assigned clients and our team. The job role includes:

• Project management: complete accountability on projects, delivering on expectations to ensure client satisfaction and business success, presenting ideas and account management on a day-to-day basis.
• Client relationship management: developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Understanding client briefs and translating the same to the internal team with an actionable plan.
• Liaising with our team, other partner agencies and external vendors to successfully complete client projects.
• Identifying new business opportunities by targeting new clients and upscaling current ones.
• Working with the finance team to ensure complete and timely billings of projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client servicing experience in an ad agency or a production house
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Knowledge about the video production process and familiarity with software is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
