Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Servicing Executive - Events. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client services and vendor relations, creating & conducting presentations, and assisting with overall project management. The role is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Project Management skills
• Experience in the event planning industry (2-3 years)
• Experience in creating presentations & excel sheets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets & Canva (would be a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
