We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Client Servicing professional who can manage client relationships, lead social media content strategy, and handle a team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience guiding junior team members while ensuring flawless delivery for clients.

Client Relationship & Account Ownership

Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for clients.

Understand business goals and translate them into effective digital and content strategies.

Lead client meetings, presentations, monthly reviews, and strategic discussions.

Manage escalations, deadlines, and expectations with professionalism and clarity.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Create and oversee platform-wise content strategies and campaign ideas.

Review creative outputs, reels, and content calendars before client sharing.

Ensure the brand's tonality, guidelines, and objectives are met across all digital touchpoints.

Develop innovative ideas to boost engagement, retention, and conversions.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor a team of content writers, designers, social media executives, and interns.

Allocate tasks, track productivity, and ensure timely delivery of all work.

Conduct regular review sessions, provide constructive feedback, and help upskill the team.

Coordinate closely with internal teamscreative, content, design, performance marketingto ensure alignment.

Execution & Project Management

Build detailed briefs based on client discussions and requirements.

Drive campaign execution, influencer activities, and paid media coordination.

Oversee posting schedules, content quality, and timely approvals.

Ensure all deliverables meet brand expectations and agency standards.

Data, Insights & Reporting

Analyse social media analytics and campaign performance.

Prepare and present monthly reports with actionable insights.

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for account growth.

Innovation & Best Practices

Stay updated on social media platform trends, new features, and digital tools.

Suggest fresh formats, reels, hooks, and engagement ideas for clients.

Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

45 years of experience in digital client servicing/social media content strategy.

Prior experience leading a team is required.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, analytics, and campaign planning.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
