Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive, located in Saket. The Client Servicing Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and addressing any client concerns. The role also involves creating and presenting project updates, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Digital Campaign Execution, and Project Coordination
• Organizational and Time-Management Skills for handling multiple accounts effectively
• Analytical Skills to measure campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports
• Experience in Marketing, Client Account Management, or Advertising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools
