Job Description

Magnon Group is hiring for a Digital Client Servicing Professional (with experience handling e-commerce mandates).

This is not a media, marketing, or programmatic role.

The person will (client servicing) manage day-to-day client relationships while driving creative, digital-first, and AI-enabled solutions. This role plays a key part in creative thinking, pitching, and shaping content-led digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of social media, emerging platforms, and modern marketing approaches. The Account Manager acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring ideas are impactful, relevant, and executable.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted partner.

· Contribute to creative thinking, ideation, and pitching for new and existing business opportunities.

· Translate client objectives into strong, insight-led briefs for creative, motion, and digital teams.

· Support and coordinate digital-first and social media–driven campaigns across platforms.

· Collaborate closely with creative teams to shape content that performs across social, digital, and paid media.

· Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple projects.

· Present ideas, concepts, and campaign updates clearly and confidently to clients.

· Incorporate an AI-first mindset—leveraging AI tools for ideation, content planning, efficiency, and insights.

· Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.

· Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and account growth.

Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

· Digital and social media fluency

· Strategic mindset with attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach

· Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and modern workflows

Experience & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital, creative, or marketing agency

· Experience working on content-led, social-first, or digital campaigns is strongly preferred
