Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive with 23 years of agency experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their marketing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
2. Understand client briefs and communicate them clearly to the internal creative, SEO, social media, and performance teams.
3. Ensure smooth execution of campaigns from planning to delivery.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
5. Prepare presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
6. Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per deadlines.
7. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
8. Handle client queries, feedback, and revisions effectively.
9. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain quality standards.
Job Requirements
1. 23 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Branding, etc.).
4. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
