Days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Budget: 30 to 35k per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage end-to-end gifting projects and client relationships. The role demands excellent communication, creative thinking, and operational efficiency ensuring every order reflects Hamper Lounge's signature warmth and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Communication
- Understand client briefs and curate gifting solutions aligned with their needs
- Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication across all channels
- Build strong client relationships through trust, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Represent the brand during meetings and client visits with confidence and poise
Lead Management & Coordination
- Manage and convert leads received via social media, email, and referrals
- Create well-designed proposals and visual presentations using Canva
- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor timelines and ensure every delivery meets brand quality and aesthetic standards
Operations & Organisation
- Maintain structured trackers and databases on Excel
- Streamline processes for improved workflow and efficiency
- Oversee daily operational activities, vendor coordination, and dispatch readiness
Creative & Market Insight
- Research and identify new trends, brands, and collaboration opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with partner and emerging brands for inclusion in hampers
- Create creative decks and pitch presentations for clients and collaborations
- Contribute ideas to packaging, presentation, and the overall client experience
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2-4 years in client servicing, gifting, or lifestyle roles
- Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency in Excel and Canva, strong organisation and follow-up
- Mindset: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
