Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Service Manager to join our Bangalore team. This role involves managing client relationships while driving new business growth. The ideal candidate will balance exceptional client servicing with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities, contributing to the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Understand client needs, expectations, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end client communication, from onboarding to campaign execution and reporting.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and performance updates.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Account & Campaign Managemen
- Research client products, services, competitors, and target audiences.
- Prepare and present proposals and campaign strategies for client approval.
- Brief internal teams and collaborate to develop effective advertising solutions.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and maintain status reports.
- Incorporate client feedback and coordinate revisions with creative teams.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and handle invoicing processes.
New Business Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's portfolio.
- Participate in pitches, presentations, and proposal development for prospective clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic client acquisition efforts.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
