We're looking for a Client Services Executive who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and bring structure and empathy to every client relationship. Someone who thrives in a creative environment, owns their projects end-to-end, and ensures that both clients and internal teams move in sync.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for strategy, copy, and design teams.
- Manage project timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverables with precision and accountability.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure all work aligns with brand tone, campaign goals, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and share status reports, performance decks, and campaign recaps with clients.
- Coordinate content calendars, campaign approvals, influencer activities, and production timelines.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and upsell new ideas or services that align with client goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain internal process discipline and elevate the client servicing standard at The Leaf.
- Handle feedback and escalations constructively, maintaining professionalism and solution-oriented communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content strategy fundamentals.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Trello.
- A proactive and empathetic attitude with the ability to manage fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, brand launches, or integrated marketing projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization, reporting, and creative coordination.
- Exposure to creative production processes (shoots, edits, and post-production).
