Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a Client Servicing Executive – Digital Marketing (Immediate Joiner). You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams (design, social media, performance marketing), understanding client requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent delivery and updates.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Fresher
• Manage client communication and handle multiple accounts efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Understand client goals and align marketing activities accordingly
• Share regular updates, reports, and insights with clients
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Basic understanding of social media and campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
