Position Summary
The Junior Social Media Executive at Omnia Digital supports the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is passionate about social media, content, and brand communication, and is looking to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
You will assist in preparing content calendars, writing basic copy, coordinating with internal teams for asset development, and ensuring content is scheduled and delivered on time. You will also support client servicing, feedback tracking, and internal follow-ups to help maintain the overall quality and consistency of each brand's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Execution
- Assist in preparing monthly content calendars based on campaign plans and brand requirements.
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and basic content requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams to ensure timely creation of assets.
- Support content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.
- Assist in tracking content performance and preparing basic monthly reports.
2. Client Coordination
- Support the team in day-to-day coordination with assigned clients.
- Help collect briefs, follow up on feedback, and track approvals for deliverables.
- Maintain updated records of timelines, content status, and pending actions.
- Build a strong understanding of each client's tone, style, and brand requirements.
3. Creative & Execution Support
- Assist in shoot coordination and content execution when required.
- Support brainstorming and campaign discussions with internal teams.
- Review content before sharing to ensure it aligns with briefs and brand guidelines.
4. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, accounts, and performance teams to support smooth execution of deliverables.
- Follow up internally to ensure posting schedules and deadlines are met.
- Support ORM and community management coordination alongside the accounts team.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic copywriting ability and interest in content creation.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms is an added advantage.
