Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Client Service Executive to manage client communication, understand requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the internal creative team. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Understand client requirements and clearly communicate them to the internal team
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing team
- Ensure projects are completed on time as per client expectations
- Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and project updates
- Prepare briefs, share references, and maintain project records
- Handle client queries professionally and provide timely responses
- Maintain good client relationships for repeat business
- Support projects for clients across states.

Qualification
Any Degree, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Experience
1 – 3 years (Advertising / Marketing / Agency experience preferred)
Working Hours
9.00 am to 6.30 pm
