Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the life sciences department.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Monitor client feedback and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand partnerships with pharmaceutical companies
  • Capture business development leads and stakeholder insights in CRM systems and present monthly reports with clear KPIs
  • Develop, support, and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand local market shifts and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and, when needed, engage hospitals, providers, and distributors.
  • Work closely with the Chief Business Officer and Business Excellence Team to provide market insights and support strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:

  • Proven relationship‑building skills to maintain and grow connections with key decision‑makers, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to deliver compelling proposals and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools and data management to track leads, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
