Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all client
communications and needs.
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives to provide relevant
solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, technical support)
to ensure smooth execution of client requests and deliverables.
- Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of
products/services.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and assist in
upselling or cross-selling efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account handling (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
