Role Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time on-site role that involves serving as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing communications and expectations, identifying client needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional events, and addressing client feedback to build lasting relationships. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and ensuring all events meet high standards of excellence and quality.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years Experience in corporate event management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven experience in client management, account handling, or relationship management roles
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs and ensure successful event delivery
  • Proficiency in powerpoint presentation, usage of AI tools and basic excel knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
