Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager from the construction/scaffolding industry who can drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead team performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify new clients and business opportunities
• Handle client communication via calls, email & WhatsApp follow-ups
• Manage and track leads through CRM tools
• Lead, manage and monitor sales & operations team performance
• Handle negotiations, closures, and contracts
• Ensure timely project execution and delivery
• Manage payment follow-ups and recovery

Key Requirements

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of sales experience (construction/scaffolding preferred)
• Proven team handling experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience in CRM and WhatsApp client handling

Preferred Candidate

From scaffolding / construction / infrastructure background

Strong in client follow-ups & conversions

Leadership mindset with result-driven approach
