Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship ManagerRole Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, and driving repeat business. The ideal candidate should be strong in communication, problem-solving, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients (B2B & B2C)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, sales) to fulfill client requirements
  • Monitor client performance, usage, and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention
  • Prepare reports on client status, feedback, and growth opportunities
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account setup
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing / account management / relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Experience in CRM tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of sales and operations coordination
