Job Title: Client Relationship ManagerRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, and driving repeat business. The ideal candidate should be strong in communication, problem-solving, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients (B2B & B2C)
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, sales) to fulfill client requirements
- Monitor client performance, usage, and engagement
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention
- Prepare reports on client status, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account setup
- Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing / account management / relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience in CRM tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of sales and operations coordination
