Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive located in Guindy. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication, and addressing client inquiries or issues. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth by fostering trust and collaboration with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, Client Relations, and Account Management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Communication and Relationship Building
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proven experience in client-focused roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
