Client Relations Associate

At PropVIVO, we simplify community living. As a leading HOA (Homeowners Association) Management company, our mission is to make residential operations smooth, transparent, and collaborative through our digital management portal. Homeowners, tenants, and board members use our platform to connect, manage, and grow their communities efficiently. 

We're looking for energetic and passionate Client Relations Associates who love interacting with people, solving challenges, and creating positive client experiences. If you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact — we'd love to meet you! 

Location & Work Details 

Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site | US Shift) 

Timings: 9 PM – 6 AM IST (Monday to Saturday) 

Alternate Saturdays Off (after completing the probation period) 

Your Role: What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management 

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners and association board members. 

• Build and maintain professional relationships by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions. 

• Represent PropVIVO with confidence and empathy, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. 

Application Assistance & Portfolio Support 

• Help clients navigate and make the most of our HOA Management Portal. 

• Track community compliance, finances, and maintenance requests. 

• Support Property Managers with timely updates and insights to strengthen client interactions. 

Community & Board Engagement 

• Prepare reports, presentations, and action summaries for board meetings. 

• Work with community members to address issues, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive living experience.

Operational & Vendor Coordination 

• Coordinate with vendors for community requirements and evaluate proposals. 

• Assist in inspections, compliance documentation, and approval processes. 

• Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders.

 

Who You Are 

We welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds who have a passion for people and problem-solving.

Key Skills: 

• Proficient in MS Excel, web applications, and CRM tools. 

• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal. 

• Sharp attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset. 

• Comfortable working night shifts (US business hours). 

Preferred Traits: 

• Interest in client management, relationship building, and consulting-style work. 

• A positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and eagerness to contribute.
