Job Summary:
We are hiring for one of our clients who is revolutionising digital orthodontics with ClearForms, BioSmart Shape Memory Aligners, AI-powered diagnostics, 3D planning, and workflow transformation. Our client is seeking a Client Outreach Specialist (Dentist Freshers Welcome) to engage dental professionals, drive conversions, and support revenue growth through outreach, sales funnel management, and CRM activities in a dynamic startup environment.
Must-have skills and tools:
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cold-calling skills.
- Professional email writing and etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of orthodontics, clear aligners, and dental workflows.
- Target-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple leads and timelines.
- CRM familiarity (Zoho training provided).
- Comfortable with outreach calls, needs assessments, and follow-ups.
Good to have:
- Understanding of digital orthodontic tools and workflows.
- Experience in sales, lead qualification, or revenue generation.
- Feedback gathering and market insight skills.
Qualifications:
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Freshers highly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach calls to dentists and orthodontists, educate on digital solutions, perform needs assessments, and schedule demos/training.
- Qualify leads, convert them into onboarding clinics/active cases/recurring users, and collaborate with Business Development to hit revenue targets.
- Manage CRM (Zoho) updates for activities, lead status, funnel progression, and conversion insights.
- Draft/send professional emails, proposals, respond to inquiries, and refine templates for better response rates.
- Drive revenue through clinic onboarding, first-case activation, recurring orders, and campaign support.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns/webinars, gather practitioner feedback, and provide market insights for product improvements.
