Fresh BDS graduates are invited to drive client connections, lead nurturing, sales funnel management, and revenue expansion via strategic outreach and CRM tools.
Essential Skills
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) qualification.
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and cold-calling proficiency.
Expertise in professional email composition and etiquette.
Basic understanding of orthodontics, clear aligners, and dental procedures.
Goal-driven approach with effective lead tracking and deadline adherence.
CRM familiarity (Zoho training offered).
Comfort handling outreach calls, client needs evaluation, and follow-ups.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to digital orthodontic technologies and processes.
Prior experience in sales, lead assessment, or revenue operations.
Proficiency in gathering feedback and conducting market research.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct targeted calls to dentists and orthodontists, showcase digital innovations, assess requirements, and schedule demos or training.
Qualify prospects, transition them to active clinics or recurring clients, and collaborate with business development for revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM (Zoho) records on activities, lead progression, and conversions.
Draft and dispatch professional emails, proposals, and inquiries while refining templates for better engagement.
Drive growth through clinic activations, case onboarding, repeat business, and campaign support.
Partner with marketing for webinars and events, collect practitioner input, and provide market intelligence for product improvements.
