The Client Delivery Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of services, analyzing project requirements, providing support to sales and finance teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves active collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure the achievement of client objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Client Services and Communication to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance principles and their application in client accounts.
• Experience in Sales with the ability to identify client needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar delivery or client-facing role is a plus.
