Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Delivery Associate located in Coimbatore. The Client Delivery Associate will oversee the seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage client accounts, and address client concerns to ensure high satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data, managing timelines, and supporting sales and finance functions to optimize service delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance to support data-driven decision-making and financial operations.
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management to drive business growth and ensure client success.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in client-facing roles or a service-oriented industry is an advantage.
