Overview:

We are hiring a Customer/Client Relationship Executive to manage client accounts, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
• Handle queries, issues, and escalations promptly
• Coordinate with operations for service delivery
• Monitor performance and track KPIs (on-time delivery, claims, etc.)
• Maintain records and support new customer onboarding

Requirements:

• Experience in account management (logistics experience is must)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of TMS and MS Office

Working Days:

• Monday to Friday
