We are looking for a Client & Sales Manager who lives at the intersection of business development and relationship management. You will be the face of our studio—identifying new business avenues, pitching to exciting brands, and managing client relationships from the first hello to the final project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively understading client needs, and identifying new project opportunities with all clients
  • Creating compelling pitches to brand managers, marketing heads, and relevant stakeholders to convert opportunities into projects
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and our internal creative team to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Ensure successful and timely closure of all client projects, with client satisfaction and approval.
  • Enaging clients to build deep, lasting relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively connect with new prospects, build a healthy sales pipeline, and pitch our studio's creative offerings.
  • Negotiate commercial terms tactically to win new clients, secure high-value contracts, and maximize studio revenue.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within a media house, creative agency, or production studio.
  • A solid understanding of how creative projects move from brief to execution.
  • A self-starter attitude with a knack for cold outreach and building professional networks from scratch.
  • Strong tactical negotiation skills with a proven track record of converting prospects into paying clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving growth with existing clients
