Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales with 3–5 years of experience in the employee engagement or events industry. The ideal candidate will bring a refined understanding of the events landscape and a proven track record of nurturing meaningful client relationships within the employee engagement space. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored employee engagement solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in employee engagement, corporate events, experiential marketing, or related domains.
  • Deep-rooted experience within the events industry is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients specifically within the employee engagement sector.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Strong network within HR and corporate decision-makers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
