We are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Manager to drive new business growth across domestic and international markets, leveraging digital marketing expertise to build a strong and scalable client pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Client identification & outreach- Research and identify high-potential prospects across target industries and geographies. Initiate outreach through digital channels, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound leads to build a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
- Sales pipeline management- Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups at every stage.
- Cross-functional collaboration- Work closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to align acquisition efforts with business objectives
- International market development- Build relationships with overseas prospects through virtual and in-person engagement.
- CRM & data management- Maintain up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and deal progress in the CRM. Leverage data to prioritize accounts, identify patterns, and improve outreach effectiveness
- Performance reporting- Present regular insights to leadership with recommendations for optimizing acquisition spend and strategy.
