About the job:

As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Hire22.ai's employer network. Your role involves identifying high-potential prospects, showcasing the power of our AI-led hiring platform, and converting them into long-term clients. You will play a crucial role in strengthening our market presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, social platforms, and professional networking.
  • Conduct compelling product demos to communicate our value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions address key client challenges.
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and high post-sales satisfaction.
  • Clearly articulate product features, benefits, pricing, and use cases in a persuasive and client-centric manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to quickly resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns, research-driven prospecting, and strategic social media engagement.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly acquisition KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records for outreach, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to continuously refine sales pitches and strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in sales, client acquisition, or business development (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, CRM platforms, and lead-generation tools.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections, follow-up proactively, and drive deals to closure confidently.
  • Strong command of Englishboth written and verbal.
