About The Opportunity

Operating in the Influencer Marketing and Creator Economy sector, this agency builds performance-driven creator campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and measurable ROI for national and global brands. We blend data-led audience targeting with creator-first creative to deliver scalable outcomes across paid and organic channels.

Company: Mindtel Location: India (On-site). We are hiring a results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to lead new business and strategic brand partnerships within influencer marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new brand clients by developing tailored influencer marketing proposals that align with client KPIs (awareness, performance, or commerce).
  • Lead end-to-end client pitches: craft campaign strategy, present creative concepts, build media and budget plans, and secure commitments.
  • Manage cross-functional handover to Campaign and Creator teams, ensuring scope, SLAs, and success metrics are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and creator contracts to protect client interests while maximising campaign value and margins.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasting to meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Develop and iterate on sales playbooks, pitch decks, and case studies to accelerate conversion and scale outreach.
