Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Client Account Manager to help us strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of our services. You'll be the go-to contact for agency partners — helping them find value, solving challenges, and ensuring they stay and grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Work with clients to ensure they gain maximum value from our services.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and handle escalations smoothly.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers, and SEO teams for timely delivery.
• Capture client feedback and act as a customer advocate internally.
• Manage client accounts to drive renewals, retention, and growth.
• Monitor account health, budgets, and timelines while ensuring profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance.
• Proactively identify risks and implement creative solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
• 3–5 years experience in a creative, digital marketing, or web design/development agency.
• Prior experience handling or delivering digital/web-based projects.
• Passion for great work with strong process and strategy orientation.
• Good understanding of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding required).
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple accounts.
• Clear, concise, and direct communication style.
• Proven track record of client growth, retention, and profitability.
• Skilled in relationship building across clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with Sales, Pre-sales, and Account Managers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
