  • Job role: Key Account Manager
  • Experience: Min 5 years
  • Job Location: Hyderabad, Full-time, In-house
  • Salary: depending on the relevance of experience and industry
  • Industry Experience: Ad agency experience is mandatory

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage and nurture client engagements.
  • Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client contentment and loyalty.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience with social media campaign management and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with branding and advertising processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Be a part of the client meeting, take briefs, and communicate with various teams, be a part of the strategy pitch.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Meet clients now and then to ensure the monthly plan of action and deliverables are met

- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the client

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Social Media:

- Work with clients and the team to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing and advertising campaigns, and research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries.

- Handle & optimise all the social channels of respective clients,(ex. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, YouTube).

- Analyse and report social media actions every month for successes and new opportunities.

- Should know how to set up and run campaigns across Facebook / IG.

Desired Skills: Very good Communication skills, Proactive, Independent Contributor, should be able to work in a team.
