Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Project Head located in Bengaluru South. The Civil Project Head will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, resource management, and quality control. The role involves leading a team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design standards. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing project scope, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and resolving project challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering, construction management, and project planning expertise
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and client relationship management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project resources effectively
• Knowledge of compliance regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Proficiency in project management
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in design-build or turnkey projects is highly desirable
• 15 to 18 years experience in civil high raise, Mivan, commerical is prefferable.
