Key Responsibilities
Civil Maintenance Operations
- Ensure proper maintenance of all civil structures and services within the building premises
- Handle complete civil maintenance activities including internal and external building areas
- Carry out repair, renovation, and upkeep of walls, floors, ceilings, and structural elements
- Perform plastering, patchwork, and restoration of damaged surfaces
Repair & Restoration Works
- Execute repair and replacement of flooring materials such as stones, tiles, and related finishes
- Carry out painting, polishing, and finishing works as per maintenance requirements
- Repair façade glass and address structural damages or replacements as needed
- Fix seepage issues, cracks, and other building deterioration problems in walls and ceilings
Preventive Maintenance
- Monitor and ensure execution of preventive maintenance schedules for civil works
- Identify potential structural issues and ensure timely corrective actions
- Maintain building aesthetics and structural integrity through regular inspections
Utilities & Infrastructure Support
- Ensure proper functioning of sewerage systems and storm water drainage systems
- Monitor external civil infrastructure for safety, usability, and compliance
- Support smooth functioning of building civil utilities and related systems
Planning & Execution
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for civil maintenance and repair works
- Allocate tasks to team members and supervise execution of civil maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for work execution
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within quality standards
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Estate Manager, Key Account Manager, and team leads for technical issues
- Communicate effectively with clients and occupants regarding civil maintenance activities
- Support resolution of client-reported civil issues in a timely manner
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all civil maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety norms
- Monitor site safety and ensure adherence to organizational HSE standards
- Maintain safe working conditions for team members and contractors
Additional Responsibilities
- Support any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time
- Work collaboratively with other facility and engineering teams for smooth operations
