Civil Manager – Commercial Site (Powai)

• Manage end-to-end civil maintenance activities for internal and external building areas

• Ensure compliance with NBC (National Building Code) and IS standards

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for civil works

• Handle repair activities including plastering, painting, polishing, and finishing work

• Oversee replacement and maintenance of flooring, wall stones, and façade glass

• Identify and repair seepage, cracks, and structural issues

• Ensure proper functioning of sewerage and storm water systems

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for civil maintenance work

• Allocate and supervise work for technicians and fitters

• Coordinate with clients and occupants for issue resolution

• Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and site compliance

• Monitor overall building maintenance and infrastructure quality

• Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management
