Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer to join our PMC team for a major construction supervision project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Review and approve material submittals and method statements.
- Assist in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
- Report any deviations or delays to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 7-12 years in construction supervision, preferably in PMC projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
