Civil Engineer

Location: 16th Avenue, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida (West)

Department: Site Engineering / Project Execution

Experience: 310 Years (Residential / High-Rise Projects Preferred)

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality control, monitor contractor performance, and coordinate with management for smooth execution of ongoing civil works at 16th Avenue, Gaur City 2.

• Monitor daily civil work activities such as RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers for timely completion.

• Perform quality checks for materials and workmanship.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory guidelines.
• Maintain site checklists, QA/QC records, and inspection reports.

• Collaborate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and PMC.
• Attend site meetings and share progress updates with management.
• Coordinate material delivery and inventory planning.

• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
• Verify site measurements and assist in contractor billing and BOQ verification.
• Track consumption of materials and prevent wastage.

• Identify technical issues, propose workable solutions, and ensure corrective action.
• Handle seepage, structural deviations, or finishing defects with proper rectification plans.

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building construction (residential high-rise preferred).
• Proficient in reading drawings, AutoCAD, and basic MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labor and contractors effectively.

50,000 70,000+ per month depending on experience.

• Candidates with experience in Gaur City / Noida Extension residential projects will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners highly desirable.
