Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage commercial construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
- Handle material planning and site requirements
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project management
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
