Senior Proposal Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Leasing Advisory RFP submissions with up to 80% completion depending on complexity.
• Lead end-to-end project management across the entire pitch lifecycle.
• Conduct pre-sales research and scoping exercises with business line stakeholders.
• Align on deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and key strategic response elements that differentiate JLL's offerings.
• Create first baseline draft RFP responses using Leasing Advisory proposal databases and baseline libraries.
• Oversee development of bid presentations in coordination with stakeholders and the Graphic Design Team.
• Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches, updating baselines with new content.
• Continuously improve Leasing Advisory materials, ensuring accuracy of investment market data, logistics statistics, and industry trends.
• Collate and deliver critical business data including case studies, client testimonials, organizational charts, awards, and core business statistics.
